The cigar that ended a football feud?

Thompson Cigar Fat BoyIf you're a football fan, you may have heard of defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth and his unhappiness with his current role on the Washington Redskins. He and the new coaching staff, led by ex-Denver Broncos boss Mike Shanahan have been at loggerheads all offseason, with rumors abounding that Haynesworth would be cut or traded.

All seemed well after the Redskins beat the Jets in a preseason game, however in fact, Haynesworth joked after the game that he's been to Shanahan's house for drinks and cigars, the coach followed up by mock complaining that Haynesworth made him buy.

Sadly, nobody followed up by asking what the smokes were.

I like to imagine that Haynesworth was smoking something like a Fat Boy.

These Dominican cigars have a 70-ring gauge, which is huge for most mortals, but perfectly fits a 6-6, 335-pound defensive lineman. The contrast would have been a fantastic photo op, and might have drawn the two closer together. As a Redskin fan, I would strongly endorse this approach.
