LIGHTER EXECUTIVE THREE FLAMESome people new to cigar smoking think that any old lighter will work for cigars. It's easy to see why anyone new to the experience would come to this conclusion. After all, couldn't smoking a cigar be like smoking a cigarette? The experience is certainly different but when it comes to lighting up a cigar, why should it be that much different than lighting a cigarette?

The answer, of course, is that the two are actually very different in nature. The regular, cheap lighters are meant for quickly lighting small, fast-smoking cigarettes because they were designed for this purpose. It should come as no surprise then if they don't seem to work so well for cigars. Unlike cigarettes, cigars are meant to be smoked over a much longer period of time. They weren't developed to be quickly lit and immediately smoked. No, cigars casually smolder because they are bigger and more densely packed than cigarettes. Their size and structure requires a strong, steady, and controlled flame.

Such a flame is produced cigar lighters specifically developed for this purpose. Use any other type of lighter and you run the risk of diminishing the cigar smoking experience. For this reason, it's best to get a quality cigar lighter from an online cigar store because cigars are in a class of their own.
