This cigar is great for the price. At about $2 a stick it is definitely a worthy every day cigar. I have smoked about 6 of these from the box I ordered. Between myself, brothers and neighbor I am down to my last few so I will re-order some soon. Great draw and nice plume of smoke with it. I love the slightly peppery flavor and the medium body to the smoke. The only negative was that a couple of them had an uneven burn. However, I did have them sitting in my humidor for about a month so they may have been slightly more humidified on one side at the time as I tend to keep that humidor at a bit over 70% to enhance the flavor to my palette.

Let me first say that this is my first humidor so I have nothing to compare it to. I seasoned my humidor for two days and calibrated the hygrometer. I used online directions because the directions provided by Thompson seemed rushed. After two days of seasoning and calibrating the hygrometer, I was ready to test out the humidor. The hygrometer never worked following its calibration so I had to buy a digital one. Once ready, I loaded my humidor with about 60 cigars. After a day I noticed that the humidity stabilized at 73% without any humidifier inside (I live in South Florida). It held steady until we experienced 50-60 degree weather, which made the hygrometer dip to 65%. As soon as I placed a humi-jell jar inside the humidor, it leveled my humidity to about 72%.I would say that this humidor is great for keeping the humidity inside stable as long as the temperature/humidity in the surrounding environment is stable. Otherwise, you will need to play around with the humidifying device. I'm planning on purchasing the beads from [...] that will accurately level the humidity.
