The ups and downs of the Fat Boy

Chomper from Pa reviewed the FAT BOY I 2-FER NATURAL GORDO

Pros:It's great to have a nice 70 ring cigar. Really. It has a nice even burn.I loved the finish..I plan on getting more.Cons:They sometimes go out unless your huffing away at it.The flavor and strength are too lite through most of this smoke. (it does pick up steam as you get closer to the finish)There were some wrapper splitting issues. They didn't fare very well or as long as other cigars in my humidor for some reason.Wishes:I'd really, REALLY like to try this with a maduro wrapper, as well as see more choices in the 70 ring gauge.

Bottomline: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Rating:

Pros: Good Draw, Good flavor, Truely Big Ring Gauge, Well Constructed
Cons: Goes out too easily, Too light on flavor, Wrapper Imperfections
Best Uses: Events, Once in a while, Special Occasions
Describe Yourself: I know what I like, Stogie Chomper

Fat Boy, Be Gone!

I'll be happy when I see the last of you-that has to be the worst name ever put on a cigar. It's a shame because these 70 ring gauge whoppers taste so fine. But they're priced to sell at this closeout special. Our Fat Boy Churchills are a full 70 ring gauge, and the extra dimension means more filler tobacco goes into each cigar, providing for an extra measure of taste. Indeed, this cigar boasts five full long filler leaves in each cigar. It's a cigar made to be puffed slowly while every flavor subtlety is enjoyed like fine wine on the palate. Yep, you're gonna like this cigar! That's the good news. But the bad news is they're in very short supply, so to get your two ten-packs for a low, low price for the biggest cigar we offer - you better act now. They're going fast!
