The
Tempus cigar, made by
Alec Bradley Cigars, has been receiving rave reviews
and
even scored a 94 rating by Cigar Aficionado. So, I had to see for myself if this cigar is really worth all the hype. After obtaining a perfect cigar from one of our many
humidors, I removed this beauty from its cellophane and was hit with an absolutely delicious aroma. Mocha, chocolaty and intensely earthy, you can tell right off the bat that this one is really going to be something special before even striking a match.
It takes no time at all after lighting before you are rewarded with a moderate touch of spice and distinct earthy notes. This cigar starts with a medium to full body and about a third into the cigar, it mellows into a very nice medium with a bit more sweet spice and a touch of cedar. Spicy and nutty, this cigar proves itself to be very complex with a long finish that one will not soon forget. The Tempus cigar is yet another great creation from Alec Bradley Cigars.

I have often heard people say that when you smoke an
Arturo Fuente cigar, you're a Fuente smoker for life. Well, while I do - - and have, enjoyed everything Arturo Fuente, that statement never really felt truer to me than right now. I'm a full bodied cigar smoker who enjoys a churchill sized cigar, so naturally, I'm not the biggest fan of little cigars. However, when I lit up an
Arturo Fuente Best Seller - - to my surprise - - I was taken aback by how much I enjoyed the little cigar and how satisfying it was.
Nothing short of wonderful is a good start. While the Arturo Fuente

Best Seller is a
smaller cigar, it has an immense character that is not at all hindered by its size. Boasting an exceptionally smooth draw and an intriguing aroma that is extremely rich, this cigar produces an ample cloud of smoke and a nice white ash. When smoking this cigar, you're rewarded with mild spice, earthy notes, a hint of leather and a slight sweetness thanks to its delectable
Cameroon wrapper.
At roughly thirty to thirty-five minutes, this amazing cigar will leave you with the feeling of time very well spent. If you enjoy a shorter smoke of twenty minutes also consider trying the Arturo Fuente Short Story as well. It is now easy for me to understand the highly coveted 93 rating given by Cigar Aficionado and why Arturo Fuente would name this cigar after a man like Ernest Hemingway.
The Arturo Fuente Short Story and the Arturo Fuente Best Seller are two cigars I sincerely recommend for any cigar smoker, as they are of exceptional quality with a name and reputation unmatched in their industry.

You can tell a lot about a cigar’s character from first glance, first taste and first smell. The
Augusto Reyes Nativo cigar is one
cigar that hits the nail on the head from all angles. First glance reveals a beautifully rolled
Corojo wrapper, showing expert craftsmanship of this Dominican puro. First taste hits you with a nice, mildly spicy note and the smell of the pre-lit tobacco is just divine.
From the start, the cigar is mild and creamy with a very easy draw that quickly opens to a rich and smooth tasting cigar. With hints of licorice that progressively become more dominant and incorporate hints of leather and spice, each puff on this cigar produces massive amounts of smoke that leave you wanting more. While the
Augusto Reyes cigar is advertised as a
medium-bodied smoke, being a full bodied smoker myself, I can say that this cigar has what it takes to satisfy all palates as it is not too overpowering for someone who likes
mild cigars. The burn is very even throughout and the draw remains perfect to the unfortunate end.
Rated 91 by Cigar Aficionado, this premium Dominican cigar is an outstanding value you can’t afford to let pass you by.
Pick up an August Reyes cigar for yourself and see what all the hype is about.
